Returns are not allowed except in case of exceptions. In case you have received a wrong or defective product, let us know by writing at customercare@florastem.com or call us at 91- 7290098572 -73- 71 (08:00 AM-10:30 PM, Monday-Sunday) and we will take the appropriate action. If cancellation is done before 24 hours or more from the scheduled delivery date, we guarantee full refund. Florastem will not be responsible & doesn't guarantee refund in cases where : Flowers, gift products, plants, fruits, sweets & other preserved items have been delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender. Delivery was unsuccessful as the recipient was not present at the address provided by the sender at the time of delivery. Recipient refused to receive the delivery. Improper handling of the product by the recipient has caused damage to the quality of the product. If we are unable to supply your entire order or a part of it (the product you chose or any substitute), we will send a notification as soon as possible & reimburse your full payment. Online refund will directly be credited through the payment mode from which the customer has paid the money during purchase within 24 (working) hours. Once initiated by Florastem, the refund will be reflected in your account in 7-10 business days. In case of offline refund, the customer needs to share bank details with us at the earliest. It usually takes 7-10 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
